Rules for using BPE Hajj
Last updated: June 2026
What this app does
BPE Hajj exists for one purpose: to register and manage Hajj pilgrim applications for the Philippines.
Filipino Muslim pilgrims use it to register, get matched with an accredited sheikh, verify their identity, and track their application through HRPC verification and BPE allocation. Accredited sheikhs use it to register and manage the pilgrims in their jama'ah. The app has no other function — it does not process payments, sell products or services, or offer any feature beyond Hajj pilgrim registration and management.
Using your account
- Provide truthful information when you register.
- Use your own passport and your own contact details. Applications under another person's identity will be declined.
- Keep your mobile number active so you can receive verification codes and reminders.
- Don't share your verification codes with anyone, even if they claim to be from BPE or HRPC.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to submit fake applications, harass sheikhs or other users, or attempt to bypass our security checks. We may suspend access to anyone misusing the service.
Payments
The Mutawiff fee and any other Hajj-related payments are handled by HRPC at their designated offices and bank accounts. We never collect payments through the app itself. Anyone asking you to pay through the app is not us — please report it to ncmf.bpe@gmail.com.
What we don't guarantee
Submitting an application does not guarantee a Hajj slot. Slots are subject to the Saudi Hajj quota for the Philippines, BPE allocation, and the decision of your chosen sheikh.
Changes
If we change these rules, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top.
